1) New clients must not have registered with or contacted Compass Properties or any associated sending agency at any time previously. Compass decisions on this matter will be final. 2) Referrals can be made by both existing clients and by those who have not purchased with Compass properties. 3) Referrals must be made using the form provided. No referrals will be accepted that are not processed with this form. The form must be completed prior to any contact between Compass and the new client. 4) Payment of the reward is entirely offered as a courtesy and can be rejected for any reason at the discretion of Compass properties, especially in circumstances when abuse of this reward scheme is suspected. 5) Payment will be made by Compass Properties within 15 working days of the referred client funding (usually 40%) of their purchase contract with all criteria met (necessary documentation such as passport copies etc). 6) Referrers can check the status of their referral reward and referred client's status by sending an email to referafriend@compasspropertiesabroad.com. Referral queries must be submitted with your unique referral code and will be answered within 2 working days 7) In the case of property cancellations, either by the referred client or developer, refunds will be made to the referred client less the referral fee. 8) In case of receiving an erroneous referral from you, such as a duplicate client, we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware. 9) Reception of a unique referral code is not necessarily a guarantee that we have accepted your referral. 10) Offer only available via Compass Properties direct. Referral schemes may or may not be offered independently via sending agents. 11) There is no limit to the amount of friends you can refer. 12) Full £1000 referral fees are only availabe on purchases of £65,000 and above. For properties of a lower price, the reward becomes 1.5% of the purchase price or £300, whichever is higher.
